Bugs: ped none - mission sometimes spawns actors dead but it is rare. It does not affect gameplay.
CHANGELOG: 1.1 = New bumpmap

Use OpenIV to add the files to your Addonon folder, drag and drop. Then use Addonpeds to add to the game. Add "VMERC" to the list and rebuild. Use a trainer to use it.
