This is because you are using "Cs-Bride"
She is only for cutscenes.
You should only use "Ig-Bride" in game.

the brides face look quite the same from the g_f_y_vagos_01 ped i did put the head from the femlae vagos model to bride once but the neck sculpture was different but they mostly used the same texture.
